Pioneering 3d transfer plates by Railtec. See
this superb example
of a 3d plate & crest on Woody Bee's 7mm 33025.
Many locos had OHL flashes well into the 90s and beyond which were manufactured separately and screwed to the loco, most noticeable by the mounting bolts, so these are 3d, albeit slightly, to reflect that realism.
Various degrees of fading and bleaching by the sun, and some with peeling (last column - see image).
Suitable for locos, coaches, wagons, departmental vans, etc.
